Born and raised right here in Poway, our head instructor is not only a certified black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under hall of fame -- Master Baret Yoshida, but also an active competitor for Team USA in Paralympic Judo (Parajudo) and a seasoned Ironman triathlete.
